    1. This historical story feels very real. It has great detail, the characters behave as they would have in 1951/52 and the subtle build toward the end, when they finally do more than think about what they really want to do, was very well done.Michael, who tells the story, is so unbelievably innocent it was fascinating. His emotions are pretty clear from the beginning, but he doesn't know what to do about them. His thoughts get more explicit as he gets older and starts learning about the physical si [...]

    2. Review: This is a charming story about life in the wartime RAF (WW2) from an author with obvious personal experience. 4. I really enjoyed the historical details and setting in this story, and I'm not a big fan of historical romance at all!
