    5. Martine Batchelor has an online retreat at Tricycle on Breaking Your Addictive Patterns. She recommended reading her book for a deeper understanding so I picked it up. It may be a good basic book but there wasn't much that stuck with me. Perhaps that's the ultimate in letting go?

    6. This is one of the wisest books I've ever read. I watched an on line "retreat" with her on Tricycle -- I think the first of four sessions is available to everyone. She's just so sensible.
