    1. For many, who are only interested in bodyweight exercises or don't have access to a kettlebell and don't plan to buy one, kettlebell exercise (snatch) used in this book can be a big turn-off. This shouldn't stop you from reading this book.There's some good info on cardiovascular system and interval training. Even if you don't plan to use a kettlebell, you can use the knowledge of cardiovascular system and interval training from it and design your own similar HIIT workout.

    2. While the title and thesis is right the fullness of the book is lacking. I do enjoy his using the Kettlebells as a cardiovascular exercise.While he explains this in great detail and gives a routine exercise's and descriptions are sorely lacking.Kenneth is proficient with Kettlebells and practices Jeet Kune Do. Wish he would have given more depth to his work.I would recommend this as a start point.

    3. I'm almost finished with my current routine and felt like switching things up a little. This book does an excellent job of explaining the science behind the plan. Unfortunately, the workout plans are vague and confusing. If you have interest in kettlebell workouts, check this book out because it introduces another KB benefit. If you don't already workout with KBs, skip this one.

    4. Using kettlebells for intense cardiovascular fitness. Novel idea but sometimes difficult to piece together the workout. A strength program is hinted at but not discussed. The cardiovascular program is well detailed.
