    1. Stuck through because of characters If possible, I'd have rated this 3 1/2 stars. There was a lot of telling vs. showing and I often found the way things were worded or presented confusing. The formatting is a mess, with some things indented and some not. There were a few things about the plot that don't add up, but overall it's a good story. One more thorough edit of this book would easily bump it up to 5 stars.

    2. Having experience both as an abused spouse and helping hide abused spouses this book hit home for me. Renee has started her own business, hiding abuse victims from their abusers. During the course of hiding one client Renee is thrown together with her ex-husband. He tried to protect her during their marriage and his instincts want to do that now. He finds Renee is not a wilting flower, she knows fear but she also knows how to protect herself. Will they rekindle and reunite? You will have to read [...]

    3. Lost Then Found (New Beginnings Book 1)Interesting book about helping women who need help relocating from abusive relationships and the steps that the abusers take to find them. In this case it was for an entirety different reason and a more deadly reason. A really nice book to read.

    4. Great bookThis was a new author for me. I loved this book. It was a very fast paced book and hard to put down.

    5. Freeburn crafts a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat with "Lost Then Found." Jonas Knight is a skip tracer - a person who is an expert at helping to hide others - so is his ex-wife, Renee, who he still harbors feelings for. When his partner, Peter, asks him to help find someone, Jonas reluctantly agrees knowing the case will pit him against Renee.Gina Howard has a reason to get lost - she's a minor and her uncle, Eric, is trying to cheat her out of her inheritance. Eric is a dange [...]

    6. Dollycas’s ThoughtsThis is an exceptional start for this series. Freeburn draws you right in as the reader strives to understand what broke up Renee and Jonas Knight. Both are skip-tracers but Renee is taking her skills in a different direction. They soon find their cases are intertwined so it is hard for them to avoid each other. Plus there is a huge secret that is revealed and changes everything. These characters are so fully developed from the start. You know Renee’s faith is a huge part o [...]

    7. 4 STARS I liked reading Lost and Found. It had some good twists, characters are ones that I cared about and would enjoy seeing more of in the future. It dealt with some hard subjects of abuse and what happens when they stay or what happens when you run. When Renee's sister was murdered by her husband it affected a lot of lives. Members of her family changed professions, it broke up her marriage. Renee is now hiding those who need to run to protect them. Jonas is hired to find a girl who stole a [...]

Renee and her ex-husband Jonas have issues in their relationship and unresolved problems that surface throughout the story. 9. Interesting but too many unlikely events. A woman runs a firm that specializes in helping abused woman disappear. Her ex-husband has been hired to find a teenager who stole funds. He believes his ex-wife helped the teenager disappear, but starts to question why his client really wants the teenager found.Book deals with grief, faith and communication.

    10. I was surprised by how quickly I was drawn into the story and characters. A good look at how we let the actions of others determine how we feel and think about ourselves instead of remembering we are loved by God. I look forward to learning about Danita ,Alex and Connor in the next books.
