    1. This is a really cute book. It is quite silly, and it does not attempt to be serious in almost any way - the exception is the friendship between Jake and Daisy. The illustrations of Daisy hiding are delightful, and she can be hard to spot sometimes. This makes it feel like the reader is actually playing hide and seek with Daisy.

    2. My 2 year old's favorite animal is a cow. And he loves playing hide and seek! And he also enjoys "Camouflage" after seeing the "Camouflage Carla" song on Sesame Street. This book combines all three. A magical, colourful cow who disappears into her surroundings and is sure to win at hide and seek.

    3. Adorable children's book with not a lot of meat, but it isn't needed in this case. All my children sat quietly through this one, my twin 4 yr olds and 7 yr old. The artistry was beautiful and it was fun finding the cow in the picture. We'll probably end up reading this one again.

    4. I might have only given this one three stars, BUT. . . This one is just right for a snuggle-in-the-lap session. I'm thinking that little ones (2-3yrs) will LOVE both the repetition of the language and the opportunity to find the amazing cow who can change colors.
