    1. I think this book is fantastic. It's great to use just as you would any other cookbook- flick through and just find something you fancy, or you can use it in a targeted way- look up recipes specifically using things you know are in season or are grown locally for example. What I love about it most though is its description of each item within its family, what it should look/taste like, when/where to buy it, and how to prepare and cook it. 4. This book introduces you to loads of new fruit and vegetables that excite the senses and tickles the tastebuds. An interesting and scrumptious book.
