    1. I have been working through this book for a couple of weeks. There were a couple of times I thought about giving up, but there were some things that kept me reading. What kept me reading?1. Gracie's good attitude. It is normally in books these days to have characters disappointed with what they get and complain about it through the whole book. Grace gets disappointed and then moves on. It was refreshing.2. The old people. I loved the cast of old people and Grace's love for them. It was my favori [...]

    2. Probably 3 1/2 stars. Gracie is young woman burning to prove herself in the family business until her father's first assignment for her is to overhaul a home for the elderly in Manhattan - Manhattan, Georgia that is. Through the project Gracie overcomes a few obstacles including injuries caused by her own clumsiness, falls the head contractor and learns to connect with the people around her from a young high school girls to the elderly residents around her. There were a lot of sweet, fun and who [...]

    3. This was really a fun easy read, no junk to wade through. College Grad takes on her father's new investment, An assisted living center, and learns that even the elderly, can be friends with 20 somethings. Romance, conflict, and growth all part of the plot.

    4. Very good, quick read. Since I have been volunteering at a nursing home for 5 years now, I felt the emotions that Grace was going through. It's a story of not judging a book by its cover, not assuming we know it all and of falling in love.

    5. This was a nice easy read. College Grad takes on her father's new investment, An assisted living center, and learns that even the elderly, can be friends with 20 somethings. Romance, conflict, and growth all part of the plot.

    6. Never thought I would enjoy a book with the setting being a nursing home. That being said, it was a great sweet read. The author filled the pages with love, humor and a little bit of mystery.

    7. I did enjoy this book. I thought there were parts that were a little unrealistic, but I still enjoyed it. I will look for the second in the series.

    8. Quick read. and cute story. It did drag at times and at times the Christian theme was a little forced but over all. 2.5 stars.

    9. Beautiful storyI would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a clean romance where the characters learn to live each other and find that God always has good plans for His children.

    10. This is a fun one! Right from the beginning the interactions between Grace and Jack were entertaining, with a fun flirty vibe woven in amid their frustrations with each other. I really liked the speed of their relationship; they let a friendship blossom before proceeding any further, even though it was fairly obvious to both that things could and would turn more serious. Jack's habit of calling Grace by the nickname of "Gracie"--despite her protests--was cute, and always brought me a smile. The s [...]

    11. I like the premise of this book -- as I'm involved with caregiver ministry myself. The characters are memorable. And there is a good blend of dramatic action and sweet interaction between them. But, as an editor, I saw many plot inconsistencies and places where a good editor/publisher would have offered the author opportunities to strengthen the flow and develop scenes more fully. Fiction is a tricky thing to put out in the marketplace as an independent author. Hunt is a wonderful writer, and sh [...]

    12. Aging With Gracie (welcome to Manhattan Book 1)A really good read about a nursing home that was being renovated and the young woman who was in charge of the project and the residents of the home. A really good read.

    13. I didn't realize this was a Christian book until I started reading it. The characters cute but the book is very simple and totally predictable.
