    1. (This review can also be found on my blog The (Mis)Adventures of a Twenty-Something Year Old Girl). As a sufferer of depression, this book definitely caught my attention. This synopsis for this book definitely drew me in, or perhaps I'm just nosy and want to know what it's like for others, lol. Either way, I was very impressed with this book.A Man Derailed by Paul Holmes is one man's battle with depression due to a major life event. Holmes describes his battle with depression and his ups and down [...]

    2. A man's struggle with depression should not be as entertaining as this, but i have to say as a long term sufferer of depression and social anxiety i found myself relating 99.9% to the whole book. Nodding in agreement to all the stuff we've both sat through and much respect to Mr. Holmeshe shows there is a shining light of hope at the end, you just have to keep fighting. But i believe people (former mates and family especially) who do not suffer this taboo of an illness should read this book, ok [...]

    3. This is not a review in the true sense of what you would expect. I wrote A Man Derailed, it's about me. I feel I should thank all those who have read the book and those who take time to review it.Thank youPaul Holmes
