    2. A decent, informational read that introduces you to a battery of different meditation methods and courteously holds off talking about "the will of the Universe" with a capital U and "messages from the archangels" until the last chapter.

    3. A great, simple introduction to meditation. I learned some basic meditation in High School and it helped me tremendously. I've since fallen out of the habit and this book was a great read to help me pick it up again. What I love the most about this book is that it reminds one that meditation can fit into the everyday and that it is a good exercise for our minds and bodies.     4. It's an all around great beginning book on meditation. instructions were not complicated and author didn't gear it towards a specific religion.

    5. Talking about most types of meditation with a previous warning in the beginning of the book from the misuse or the harmful results of what that book says ! :D
