    3. I received this book free as a give-away. I did like this book. It got me thinking about my aging and being healthier. Made me want to make some changes in my life. 4. I won "Looking Up: Seven Steps For A Healthy & Youthful Midlife And Beyond" on First Reads. This is a very good, very informative book. There was a lot of information that I had been unaware of. I highly recommend this book.

    6. I just received this book and started reading it last night. It is full of helpful information to keep you young and mobile as you age. It is a must read.
