    1. This book of three short stories is the first work I have read by this author. I enjoyed all three stories, reading them in a spare half hour or so after work one evening.'Jubilee Violin' is a beautifully written story about an aging violinist who packs off her instrument so it can be played again by a younger player.     2. Three short, short stories. After reading the first two I had the feeling that I had read haikus. So I would like to call these short pieces 'literary haikus'.They are well constructed and tell a long story in a dozen or so beautifully executed paragraphs.

    3. A wonderful book containing three short stories. Well written and thought provoking. I know that the first story is written about the authors daughter. The book left me wanting more! I would happily have read longer versions of all of the stories.

    4. One of the reasons that Jenny Worstall is an interesting writer is that her experience of teaching and her love of music shines through her work.
