    1. It's not really a book per se and I'm not finished with it because it's supposed to take one through 5 years but I thought this was great to start the year with. I found it during some Christmas shopping and loved the idea. The book has a page for every day of the year. Every day, there is a question. One has 4 lines in which to answer the question (you can answer it 5 times, once every year).Very interesting concept and I'm looking forward to filling the pages and re-visiting my past thoughts.

    3. Thanks to Blogging for Books for providing me a free copy in exchange for a honest and unbiased review.I never considered myself much a writer, especially growing up. As a kid and I’m sure like most young girls would, I started a diary. Well that lasted for about a day. Anyways, when I saw this journal I thought it would be a great way to get me and keep me writing. This journal is genuinely unique. It asks you a different question everyday and provides you with a few lines to answer. Questions [...]

    4. I bought this book a few months ago. I LOVE it. It is a daily journal that you record your thoughts for 5 years. Basically, every page has a date with a question. So just an exampleJanuary 2 page would have the question "Can people change?" You would write your response. The fun thing is that for the following years you would write your response and see if your feeling have changed. I love this book it really is fun to see how your feeling and thoughts can change within a 5 year span.

    5. My lovely daughter gave this to me in a Mother's Day gift basket. Completely delighted with this thought provoking journal. Daily prompts. The spaces provided are perfect for daily musings, random thoughts, are whatever a mind can come up with. Have a favorite quote you'd like to remember? Jot it down. Love my little book of thoughts and words. My thoughts! Perhaps my children or grandchildren can one day appreciate my ramblings. One day. ;)

    6. I absolutely love this book! I wanted it for a while and it is perfect! I do not have time to write about my day, so answering one question per day really fulfills that need to journal for the day. This is prefect! I can't wait to keep filling it out in the years to come! <3

    7. I've had this journal for about three weeks now and so far I absolutely love it! The questions are a perfect mix of silly and thought-provoking. The answer lines are laid out in rows on each page that you label with the year so you can easily see your responses organized chronologically. Here are a few example questions included in the book:What do you need to throw away?If you could travel anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?Are you wearing socks?Where do you see yourself in five years? What w [...]

    8. “They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” –Andy Warhol Q & A a Day, by publisher Potter Style, is a really neat five-year journal. Yes, I said five-year. After making your way through the first year, you go back to the beginning of the book and begin filling out the entry slots for an entire new year! How cool will it be to compare who and where you are from year to year? Personally, I think really cool. A time capsule, so to speak. I label t [...]

    9. The last time I actually kept a consistent journal was…well, never. I have great intentions, and religiously fill it with my thoughts, adventures, and even boredom for the first month—maybe even two if I'm extra determined to do better than I did the year before. After the spurt of energetic I-will- write-every-single-day, the rest of the journal gathers dust instead of thoughts. Q & A a Day by publisher Potter Style makes this task easy to complete —and I like easy because I'm basical [...]

    10. I love this book! The main reason why I got this book is because I was or am on the edge of some very interesting years. This journal will be my daily companion until I'm 27 (I'm 22 now), and I couldn't have wished for a better partner in crime. I started this journal the 31th of August, the day I moved to Peru for 5 months. It seemed like a perfect little book to take with me, to answer some of these questions while I was in a completely different environment. Every night I take a few minutes t [...]

    11. I purchased the book/journal for my daughter, she loves it. I sometimes ask her what's the question of the day so I can share it on social media. As my families historian, I would've loved to have one of these journals from an ancestor. I would have been able to learn so much about that person and the things/events going on in the world through their eyes during those 5 years, I get chills just thinking about it. So I purchased one for myself and 9 other family members. That's a total of 11 book [...]

    12. I may not be finished with this one until the end of the year, but it's basically a question a day. I really like it and it kind of helps me see where I've come and where I've gone through the years. There are 5 year slots for every day for an answer to the question. I can't wait to finish it completely and see how things have changed. By the time I finish, I'll be in grad school!review cross-posted on my blog: Spectacle Aglow

    14. This is a book Mike and I were given for our wedding. So we started it on our wedding day. He is much more faithful about it than I am, but it is so fun every day to see what we wrote the previous year(s). It is amazing the growth in our relationship in 2+ years! It was the perfect gift!

    15. A really nice bookie! I keep forgetting to write in it and then I write like 5 days at once, but it is really cool to see what you've written the year before, how you've grown, how you've changed, how little the problems of the year before seem now and so on

    16. I recently got this book and it's gorgeous! :) So much fun to answer all the questions and I can't wait to see the difference in a few years.

    17. Bought this as a gift and love it so much that I think I may buy one for myself before the year begins. I love that it was so many different questions but allows you to focus on only one per day. A great way to keep track of memories and moments in your life throughout 5 years without feeling the need to go into too much detail. It includes big questions like, "Can people change?" and small questions like, "What was the last fruit you ate?" I hope the person I am giving it to uses it well and en [...]

    18. This is my favourite, quick way to make a little time capsule of my thoughts over 5 years. It's exactly as it says; answer 1 question per day (or don't), and look back at who you were and what you thought many years on. Great for anyone who is sentimental and loves answering questions!

    19. It's not a book per say, and I'm technically not done with it because it takes 5 years to go through, but I'm throwing it on my read shelf for now because something about having it sit on my currently reading for 5 years bugs me. I'll update my "finish" date when it's officially finished.

    20. I am no way near finishing this journal, I just wanted to put it here because I love it! It is so much fun seeing how drastically answers can change in just a year, or how they don't at all in three! And also the design is blimming cute.

    21. Algumas perguntas são muito boas. Outras muito estúpidas. É muito legal parar um pouco o dia para responder coisas que talvez ninguém pense em perguntar assim inesperadamente.

    22. An Awesome Idea Marred by Lackluster Execution(Full disclosure: I received a free copy of this book for review through Blogging for Books.)When I was younger, I kept a diary and wrote in it fastidiously, especially during my tumultuous teenage years. College was predictably hectic and I soon fell out of the habit, never to return - but not for lack of effort. As an adult, I've tried to resurrect my journaling several times, with little luck; mostly I don't have the time, or don't know what to wr [...]

    23. My bonus daughter gave this to me for Winter Solstice last year.I don't do it every day, but I have filled in every entry for the year of 2016.I was so excited to see how 2016 and 2017 compare and couldn't wait for January 1 to come. It is very fun comparing. So far some have changed and some have not. I love the concept! I'm giving it 4 stars, instead of 5, because I think the questions could be a little more unusual, creative, and spiritual.

    24. WORDSNQUOTES “The Q&A a Day: 5-Year Journal is an incredibly motivating time capsule of secret identities, fears, thoughts and quirks, we secretly wished others asked us about.”We will confess, owning a journal is a deeply personal experience for many of us, including yours truly. Forgive us for the excess sentimentality, but acquiring multiple journals has become an obsessive aggregation spanning from childhood. We have owned it all: expensive Italian leather bound journals, papyrus di [...]

    25. I have been wanting to try out Q&A a Day for a few years, so having this opportunity to honestly review a copy courtesy of Blogging for Books has been very much appreciated.  Five-year journals have been around since at least the 1930s -- I have my great-grandmother's from that time, in fact.  So in all of the decades since, there really haven't been many reasons to change too much about them.  It usually just comes down to which copy feels best in your hands, which cover you like the m [...]

    26. I would buy this book based on the cover. The book is very nice and classic. I always want this journal when I see it at the store. I don't know why. I am a journal junkie. I buy them all the time, and then never fill them up. I was given this book for free from Blogging for Books in exchange for an honest review. The book has interesting questions like "What makes you miserable?" and "Who have you recently deleted from your contacts?" Seeing your answers from the year before, and seeing how you [...]

    27. More reviews (and no fluff) on the blog surrealtalvi.wordpress/Every once in awhile, I come across a book that really makes my heart sing - something unique, original, and even useful. Q&A A Day is that book: a really smart idea in a striking package. This gives the benefits of a diary without the time commitment or guilt by distilling thoughts of the day to a few short sentences a day for 5 years. Writers will never be stuck trying to come up with something to write again. The idea is simple [...]
