    1. Austin just wanted to find a genuine, one night stand. Nothing more, nothing less. He finds one alright, in a sexy, Scottish man, James.BURN follows Austin and James' one night together, from their meeting at the bar to the awkward goodbye the next morning. When Austin first goes out, he had no intention of doing anything date-like. James knew Austin's intentions and was outwardly okay with a one night stand. But he, being super sneaky, somehow snuck in their first date. He didn't outright call [...]

    2. 4.5, rounded upI loved this. I laughed through the whole story except when I was melting into a puddle of goo. I loved that sneaky Scot. Sexy, fun, sweet a lovable rapscallion (I used that for you, JL!) And that dialect. *fans self* Austin wasn't too bad, either ;)Together? They were so awkward, so cute, so flippin' hot. *fans self again*I need MORE!!!

    3. Review written for MM Good Book Reviewsmmgoodbookreviews.wordpress/This short story is all about a one-night stand and I absolutely loved it. It’s the first time I read anything coming from this author; I love her style, her voice and her humor. I spend the first half of the story laughing myself to tears with the witty dialogues between the two characters.Austin has gone cruising in an effort to move on and stop pinning for his cheater ex-boyfriend. One thing or maybe two, get laid and no nam [...]

    4. Wow. This is not your typical erotica writer. Scarlett has major writing chops, excellent character insight, fast-paced, humorous dialogue, intelligent details, and sweat-inducing sex scenes. I am freakin' impressed. And not only managed to read M/M in spite of my vanilla-self, enjoyed it immensely.Grade: A

    5. Oh, this was so charming! It's all witty banter and the awkwardness of a one-night stand, but it managed to hit me right in the gut with emotion and possibility too. The best novella I've read in ages.

    6. Austin has been burned one too many times when trying to find “Mr. Right”. So he comes up with the great idea of going out and finding a “Mr. Right Now” and keeping it completely anonymous. He wants to have a no-strings-no-names-one-off.Check out the full review on The Novel Approach: thenovelapproachreviews/20

    7. It's on Austin's bucket list, if he had one - an anonymous one night stand. Then he gets the chance. This is a short story that is really all about the foreplay, and the dance that two people new to each other have to go through - all heightened by Austin insistence that his new encounter remains anonymous. The writing makes you wonder if they do really know each and are playing a game, if they are/one of them is a virgin. They also trade a lot of amusing smutty puns too.The morning after is as p [...]

    8. I decided to read this because it was short. On one hand I liked how the guys were nervous having sex (one night stand) and talking through things, but on the other hand, all that talking and stopping didn't make the scene hot for me. I did like that they did try to get each other before the sex. The ending was cute!
