I know I read this a long time ago because I remembered the opening scene of the heroine demonstrating how to cook with canned fruit for a group of ladies in the community hall of a remote Outback town.     3. I usually like this author's work. She has a great way of describing the Australian Outback. I enjoy these vintage Harlequin's for just that reason. They are great travelogues and I get to travel all over the world never leaving my sofa. . However this one had very little interaction between the H and h. For all but the last few pages he is her boss and love with OW, his fiancé. She also spends more time taking care of his charges, than with him.
