As a gluten intolerant sufferer for several years I am always looking for delicious and easy to make recipes to make for my self that also the rest of my family will enjoy with me with out turning there noses up. This book was full of simple recipes, some that I tried were simple breakfast recipes.     5. I really liked this easy gluten free cookbook. With the easy to follow tutorial at the beginning at the book, most parents will find this book as asset to their gluten free lives. As a busy mom with a child who has celiac, this cookbook is really helpful.The recipes are easy and with ingredients I have on hand in the house.The pictures are beautiful and I especially like the advice given with each recipe.I also appreciate the modifications that can be done to the recipes to accomodate other food allergies.
