    1. Tigers, wolves and dragons, oh my! This paranormal smorgasbord is not to be missed. HIDDEN PASSIONS is a 3.5 star, fast-paced story. The timeline in this story occurs in parallel to Hidden Dragon. The main character is sexy Tony, Rick's brother and fellow cop. Tony is an omega werewolf shifter. He's a cop in Resurrection. He's totally sexy with just one drawback--he is gay. In this paranormal world, gay men are frowned upon. So when Tony falls for a sexy tiger shifter, Chris Savoy, it's a problem [...]

    2. This book is 7th in the Hidden series by Emma Holly. It revolves around an alternate universe of werewolves, werecats, elfs, dragons, fairies and magic. Since the first 6 books in the series are m/f or m/m/f, I did not read them and decided to read this strictly M/M story without any back story. Yes, it was very confusing and I missed out on a huge chunk of what was actually going on with the story line. I don't want to take anything away from my rating because of my confusion about this so this [...]

    3. I liked Chris and Tony, but to be honest I found myself skimming the scenes that they weren't both in. They were hot together, I just wanted to smack some sense into Chris! I will say I haven't read the previous books, so I'm sure I have missed a lot with the other characters that are in this book. I'm sure if you read this series, you will love this one too!

    4. 3.5 stars. This book is concurrent with Hidden Dragons, and part of the entire Hidden series, so it won't be as good read as a stand-alone. I like this world, I love the dragons, but this story felt a titch incomplete--like most of the plot was driven by the other book, and this one was just the sidecar relationship of Tony and Chris. We know Tony from previous books, and although Chris is a bit of an enigma, they are a great couple, sweet and very sexy.

    5. It has been a while since I read an Emma Holly book, but the world of the Hidden series is one I've enjoyed. It was nice to revisit it. It was particularly good to read a pure m/m book as that is the primary genre I read these days. I was very happy to see Tony finally get the happiness he so deserved and I enjoyed getting to know Chris.

    6. Review originally posted here: thebookpushers/2014/01/06/Publisher: SelfPublish Date: Out nowHow I got this book: ARC from the authorSexy fireman Chris Savoy has been closeted all his life. He’s a weretiger in Resurrection, and no shifters are more macho than that city’s. Due to a terrible tragedy in his past, Chris resigned himself to hiding what he is—a resolve that’s threatened the night he lays eyes on cute gay cop Tony Lupone.

Tony might be a wolf, but he wakes longings Chris [...]

    7. Long Live the Queen. All Hail Queen Emma!!It's no secret that I am a fan of Emma Holly, I have professed my love for her books on this blog a few times, but seriously they are just that damn good! The world that she has created in the Hidden series has just enough mundane things in it to feel real but the otherworldly creatures are what give it it's originality. To say that I have been waiting patiently for Tony's book would be a flat out lie! I have been hoping for the hottie cop to find his fore [...]

Due to a terrible tragedy in his past, Chris resigned himself to hiding what he is—a resolve that’s threatened the night he lays eyes on cute gay werecop Tony Lupone. 9. This book is a comfort read for me. I love Hidden Passions and have reread it many times. In this series the shifters are still considered young when they're in their early thirties and the first hero is in that category. He has recently come out, which is tough on his pack as they are all cops and shifters as a group are homophobic. Tony is still finding his voice now that he can be himself. His pack, while supporting him 100%, are still trying to wrap their minds around his homosexuality.Chris [...]

    10. I'm totally in love with EH's Hidden Series and even though I hesitated a tiny bit because I don't read a lot of m/m, I shouldn't have blinked. She's such a fantastic writer, should could probably write the phone book and I'd read it, several times! Ms. Holly's writing has everything I look for in a good book, fantastic characters, detailed world building, LOL humor, Mega HOT love scenes, usually longer than a pamphlet, usually HEA, and did I mention the hotness?!I don't do synopsis reviews. Tha [...]

    11. Chris and Tony (bare with me. I am using my phone, and its being difficult.) i like M/M romances. If it is done tastefully, not full of ass backwards stereotypes and vulgarity instead of respect. Emma has a way of writing, or showcasing M/M relationships that make my heart stand up and applaud. Too many authors think if they throw enough raw sex, hardcore pumping, or being just vulgar, the reader will ignore the disrespectful way these men are portrayed. I hate the way some authors ignore our ne [...]

    12. Emma Holly doesn't disappoint. This book is a slight departure from her other books in Hidden, it's m/m romance. It is a hot passionate love story between a policeman and a fireman, between a wolf and a tiger. The storyline is in parallel with the previous book Hidden Dragon. I simply love it! I'm re-reading it for 3rd time since a got my copy. I will recommended most definitely to my friends.

    13. ★★★☆☆½This is the same timeline of Hidden Dragons so it's interesting to see the same situations with a different point of view. Chris, fireman and beta of the weretiger is way in the closet and Tony, cop and omega of the werewolf pack is out and proud. Chris fears that he won't be accepted if he is out and the first part of their romance is spent sneaking around like teenagers.A situation finally forces Chris to acknowledge Tony. What will happen next?

    14. Very few MM stories get my attention but it is a lovely thing to read about two people finding and accepting one another regardless of their gender or origins. This story tells an underlying tale of acceptance and compromise in relationships of all kinds. I loved it Emma!!!

    15. Not my cup of teawhile I enjoyed enjoyed the first novel I read by Emma Holly I didn't enjoy all the sex between two men. This wasn't what I was expecting and I will be paying more attention before I buy another of her novels!

    16. I really enjoyed the story of Tony & Chris. This one focused less on the action and much more on the relationship that blossoms between the two leads. It was nicely done.Bought from kobo.
