    1. When the novella originally began and I was introduced to the main character, Hazel, I thought… hmm… this is the kind of girl that I could easily be friends with. She has her own sense of fashion, a solid head on her shoulders, she is independent, and she is a little “off” my kind of chick, she totally has her “stuff” together! As I delved a little bit further into the story there was actually a moment when I thought about “closing” the book, grabbing my phone, and getting in tou [...]

    2. **I received an ARC from the author for an honest review**This book reminded me of the drama and back stabbing of Pretty Little Liars. I'm not sure who all has watched that series. This book is written in Hazel's point of view. It is her first year of college and right off the bat she has her eyes on a guy. His name is Roman. It seems he has a history with her roommate though. Her roommate warns her to stay away from him, but Hazel know shes a grown woman and she can take care of herself. She pl [...]

    3. 2.5 Stars Well, I don't think there has been a character that I just wanted to bitch slap right off the bat as much as I'd like to do that to Hazel. She becomes an instant beyotch to her room mate. Hazel quickly sets her sights on her room mate's ex and is determined to have him no matter how many times Cheyenne tries to warn her away from him. Hazel thinks Cheyenne is just jealous. Roman has been nothing but a gentleman to her. Will she get what she wants? We shall see. There were characters th [...]

    4. Wow, this novella is so good. What a promising start to the series. I swear I did not know this was a novella. I started reading it and got swept away. I live a couple hours from Myrtle Beach so I kept picturing some of the places, like Broadway at the Beach and wasn't paying attention to the bottom of the screen so I would know how much I had read, and all of a sudden, I click to go to the next page and I am done. I was upset because of course I had no idea and I don't have the next one I am go [...]

    5. Felicity meets Gossip Girl in this unputdownable novellaHazel worked her ass off all summer to look good for her freshman year at college and it was a good thing she did because there are plenty of swoon worthy boys that she can't wait to get her hands on.The only problem is her roommate, Cheyenne. The beauty queen who also happens to be the ex of Roman. The hottie down the hall that she can't get enough of.But Cheyenne and Roman have a past. A past that neither one of them can escape. A past th [...]

    6. What an awful book!Liar, Liar was filled with choppy sentences, limited vocabulary, annoying and unlikeable characters with the same generic mindset and no complexity at all, and much of it was incredibly boring. I'll never read this book again and I don't recommend that anyone else does, either.

    7. I loved this book. The lies, betrayal, scheming, and oh so much more! Though I usually prefer my books to be on the paranormal side, I have to admit that I didn’t even miss it with this book. There are characters to hate, love, pity, etc etc. I was so upset when I got to the end, I wanted to read more! This is a definite recommendation and I can’t wait to read more!

    8. This book was quite bad. At least it was shortd free (maybe that's why it had lots of formatting errors, gaps, typos, etc).
