    1. *I got this book for free from FirstReads*This is a great way to introduce people to Les Mis if they don't have the attention span/language skills/or patience for the full version. It even has a little blurb about each of the characters at the beginning, so if you have trouble keeping everyone straight, you can double back and get a little reminder.I still recommend the full book to adults who are already familiar with the story and love reading, but this is great especially for younger audienc [...]

    2. Les Mis the novel, similar to the movie, is the type of story that you really have to be commuted to in order to finish. It is, as most know, extremely long and does not appeal to everyone. 3. I won the book today, and I'm super excited for it to come in the mail. I can't wait to read this to the kids, because Les Miserables is such a great book!!! I will update this review once I read it. 5/26- The kids loved it. It does a great job at summarizing the main events in Les Miserables, and it is very simple to understand. Great for kids!

    4. I'm not sure why I've never read Les Miserables. I've always planned to, but haven't taken the time. Thanks to this edition, I've not only read and have the basic story line, but I HAVE to read the full version! That's why it's a classic!

    5. This a great shortened version of Les Miserables. It's perfect for a young reader. I would definitely recommend!
