    1. I won this in a First Reads Giveaway. It arrived with a sample of 2 cups of organic quinoa and a nice little note, plus it's autographed! Although I just noticed that the same author wrote 101 Things To Do With Bacon and 101 Things To Do With a Pickle, so maybe I entered the wrong giveaway, haha.My experience with quinoa is limited to mixing it in with recipes that call for rice to get some extra nutrients. I learned some new information in the Introduction and Cooking Tips. The recipes look go [...]

    3. Quinoa is something new to our diet. I kept reading about it in food blogs and was curious but didn’t know if we’d like it. Quinoa is pronounced Keen-Wah. Did you know that? Probably most people do but I didn’t. This is a grain I never gave any thought to before but I’m glad I tried it.Eliza Cross wrote The Quinoa Quookbook and I was fortunate enough to have acquired a copy. We are completely smitten with Eliza’s book 101 Things to do with Bacon so we were curious about the many ways w [...]

    4. There is a short, but informative, history and description of quinoa in the beginning ofthe book that I liked. This section aexplained why quinoa is a super food. There is also a section on basic cooking tips for the food stuff(I can't call it a grain any longer because the information section identifies it as a seed). There are are good variety of recipes, from breakfast foods, to breads and muffins, as well as preparing it as a sidedish. Now, I haven't made any of these recipes yet, mind you, so [...]

    5. Excellent cookbook for both the novice and expert chef. The recipes are very easy to follow and incredibly delicious. Through this book, I have a newfound appreciation of the versatility and delectability of quinoa. Highly recommended it and excited to share the recipes with my friends and family.

    6. I have want to thank for the great chance to experience all the knew authors. This book is great,it is nice to have something new to go too. My family has enjoyed everything. We have cooked several of the recipes and everything was really enjoyable.

    8. I received this book for free on a giveaway. Easy fun Quinoa recipes. I have heard that Quinoa is a "superfood". Since I am trying to eat more healthy I have always wanted to give it a shot but did not know what to do with it. The author gives you directions on how to cook it and then what to do with it when you do cook it. The author Eliza Cross signed the book and sent some Quinoa to start me off. A great book to learn to cook with Quinoa!

    9. two stars is being nice. in order for a cookbook to be successful it needs to have pictures and not just one or two but pictures with at least half of the recipes. this book was not even worth my time and there was nothing that i would even want to attempt to make from this book a very big disappointment.
