    1. Imperfectly real is really perfect, the imperfection being the most perfect part. Its a journey from the point where reality is totally imperfect and then the imperfection becomes freaking real and then finally reality has to assume a bit of imperfect perfection. In short it's a fun read

    2. Review: This is the second in the Series of Imperfections series, and it is about Tyler and Emma's sister, Liz, whom we briefly met in the first book. I already loved Tyler from the first book, when he was so supportive and non-judgmental as Emma and Shane muddled their way through figuring out their love for each other. Tyler is this big, somewhat bumbling, amazingly good-hearted guy, and you really want to see him find someone that is worth himWhich is why I struggled with about 80% of the boo [...]

    3. I wanna start by saying how much I loved Imperfectly Perfect. I bought these two books when they were on sale because the blurbs sounded good and they had good covers. That being said they are both worth every penny of their full price. A.E. Woodard writes great friendships, you really just want to be part of the gang. I read this book in one sitting falling both in love with Liz and Tyler and getting so mad at them at the same time.Liz "half pint" has know Tyler for most of her life. He is her [...]

    5. Really a 3 1/5 star readWe met and fell in love with Tyler in Imperfectly Perfect – book 1 in the series (Check out my review at /review/show). Now, it’s time for his story. Tyler has a lot of things going for him. He is unattached, but can get a girl whenever he needs one. He has a job in the field he wants. He lives in NYC with his best friends and 2 of his closest friends just fell in love and had a baby that he completely adores. Life isn’t perfect though. Of his roommates, he makes le [...]

    7. Imperfectly Real is the follow-up story to Imperfectly Perfect by A.E. Woodward. In this second book, we are now focusing on Tyler and his budding relationship with Emma's sister Elizabeth. I gave this book four stars only because I loathed Elizabeth. I tried so hard to like her, but she just rubbed me the wrong way. LOL I felt like she was stringing Tyler along and I loved Tyler and wanted him with some else! :-) The story itself is well written and is the perfect follow up. While I realize tha [...]

    8. As the saying goes, if you really love someone, set them free, if they return it was meant to be. This story reminds me of just this. Tyler realizes he always did love Liz, but she is married with a child now. When they meet up, he realizes how unhappy she really is. He also discovers she feels the same way about him. Tyler cones to terms that she has to make her own decisions, knowing her while life was dealt to her by her mother. He comes to terms with this, and sets her free. He only wants he [...]

    9. This book could have been 5 stars but the ending absolutely sucked!! I can't believe I spent all that time reading this book and that's how it ended!! So disappointed!! I'm hoping that we get a glimpse of what happened with Tyler & Liz in the next book!!! It really wasn't a cliffhanger the story just stopped???? I loved the first book in this series and actually enjoyed the majority of this book!! The characters were great and love how the author rounded off Shane & Emma's story. Guess I [...]

    10. "Love is a lot like finding a piece of sea glass that isn't quite ready. It's beautiful, but jagged around the edges. And sometimes you gotta throw it back so you can have a chance of finding it again.when it's absolutely perfect."I finally read the this series. This is Tyler and Liz's story. I thought this one would be a little better but actually frustrated me the most. I was always trying to find out why Liz was the way she was and new something must have happened to her. This book is about h [...]

    11. 'you have to understand that things don't always work out the way you want them to. Things can't always be perfect. i mean this is real life after all'it's true life can never be perfect. i like how the story ends. when you love that person so much, you're willing to set them free so they can find their way back to you

    12. This is the second book in the series. This is Tyler's story and it's a great story. You hear about Shane & Emma, and of course, Rob, is always there stirring the pot. The next book is his story and I can't wait to read all about it.

    13. Maybe it just me, but I subscribe to happy endings. I'll go through all the drama to get to that sweet candy coated last bite. This book definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    14. Another great story! I loved how you got an update about all the characters, because some series of books don't do that as often. Looking forward to book three :)

    15. 4.5 Stars**** I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review ***I was looking forward to reading this one as I had enjoyed the first book in the series Imperfectly perfect, which had been Emma and Shane’s story. It had been such a fun easy read, and the basis of the storyline of it had reminded me of one of my favorite shows New Girl.Imperfectly Real is Tyler Johnston’ story, and one that I really enjoyed. I was surprised when I realized Tyler’s love interest was goin [...]

    16. Imperfectly Real by Jamie Carollo is book number 2 in the Series of Imperfections series. This book follows Emma and Shane’s bestfriend Tyler. Tyler has been Shane and Emma’s friend since they were kids. He lives in the condo in New York with them and Rob.One day, Emma’s younger sister Elizabeth comes for a visit. When Tyler sees Elizabeth, a whole bunch of emotions that Tyler didn’t know he had come to light.Tyler always cared for Elizabeth in the sister I never had kind of way, but see [...]

    17. I love the Ty's story. It reminds me of so many not so happy ending love stories I know from experience of close to me people as also partially from my own experience. I felt the story is so real not too much complicated as some authors tend to over complicate things and not too simple that could be found boring. It was a quick read for me as it took me 2 days. I already purchased third part and I can't wait to read about Rob's story, a love that destroyed someone's live completely. Three books, [...]

    18. Tyler's Story I was looking forward to reading the 2nd book in the series & I wasn't disappointed. I have to say that there were times that I wanted to smack Tyler on the back of his head & make him rethink his decisions, but I enjoyed reading Tyler's story & his journey to realizing that sometimes you have to love someone enough to let them go & hope they will love you enough to come back to you. I also loved being able to learn more about Shane & Emma's story throughout his [...]
