    1. Just finished reading “Death Quartet: A Selection of Short Horror Fiction and Verse” by William Cook. I’m a big fan of horror and an even bigger fan of William Cook. Some of these short stories I’ve read before, but that’s no never mind seems every time you read them you come away with a whole new sense of dread and wonderment.     2. Kudos to William Cook for this entertaining mixture of the macabre. The book Death Quartet brings together sayings from some of the world’s most notorious killers, sprinkles in some morbid poems for good measure, then finishes with a gruesome short story that’ll test the limits of your sensibilities. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to horror fans everywhere.
