    2. I can't say enough good things about this book. Clear and direct, spiritual without being airy fairy or preachy. PRACTICAL. If you've ever felt like your anger is a nasty little beast roaming around inside you waiting to pounce, this book will help you find greater peace. If you are angry all the time, this book will help you find greater peace. If you're never angry but always stressed out, this book will you get the picture.Read this book!

    3. I read this book recently for some research I'm doing on Christian women and anger.
