  1. This is a beautiful story in a fascinating otherwordly setting of a Greek village in 19th Centur Turkey. Just google a picture of Pharasa and you'll see what I mean. Some of the accounts of healing can be very similar to each other but many stoires have intriguing twists like the robbers that couldn't find their way out of St. Arsenios' cell, or the woman who had to water a rock.
