    1. This graphic novel basically traces the origins of Spiderman and Mary Jane from day 1. It shows the similarities in their lives and how they eventually end up together. It was interesting to see Spiderman's origin in a new way, particularly the parts from Mary Jane's point of view.     3. This comic does a fantastic job of tying Peter and Mary Jane's relationship up into an interesting whole !! I enjoyed every panel of the book !! The only " negative " ( And it is very MINOR !! ) is the presence of a villain . ( Spoiler " It is Doc Ock , whom not only has a history with Spider - Man , but also with the Parker family as well !! ) The story could have stood on its own without the villain . It is really too bad that Marvel Comics saw fit to eradicate the whole Peter / MJ marriage . [...]
