    1. Didn't seem to focus on the nutritional aspects of improving brain health as much as it could have. For instance, some recipes are included because the spice used is helpful. It would have been better to include recipes where every ingredient was beneficial and explain why each is included so the reader could learn how to incorporate foods in other recipes.
