    3. This is the third book in the Zach Rules Series. This series gives children simple straightforward tools to cope with difficulties. In this book it is about dealing with the embarrassment and frustration of making mistakes. Zach and his class are going on a field trip to the museum. He is so excited, that he forgets to wear his school T-Shirt. Luckily, his teacher, Ms. Rosamond has an extra shirt he can wear, but it is huge on him and he feels silly. His friend, Sonya, tells him about a time she [...]

    4. Thank you to NetGalley and Free Spirit Publishing for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review. This book is part of a series, but this is the first one that I have read. I loved it! It's a great book for kids (and adults) to recognize that we all make mistakes and that's okay. I loved the key that the teacher showed to Zach to help him recognize what he can do when he makes mistakes so that he can learn from them. It is important for our kids to be willing to make mistakes in life so th [...]

    5. I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley. I was not compensated in any other fashion for the review and the opinions reflected below are entirely my own. Special thanks to the publisher and author for providing the copy.Zach is a young boy who feels anxiety when he makes mistakes. He sometimes feels like making mistakes makes him a bad person. His teacher helps him learn about the Key to Mistakes (Detect, Correct, Reflect), also teaching him that everybody makes mistakes and that it is [...]

    6. This is a fantastic book for children to learn how to deal with their mistakes. Detect, correct, and reflect is a simple way for a child to break down the emotions that are associated with making a mistake and I think the key is a perfect way of approaching it. I think these keys need to be attached to the book so a child can take it with them as a physical reminder. The illustrations follow the story perfectly and are both fun and fitting. Included is a helpful parents guide as well. Great stor [...]

    7. Zach Makes Mistakes is a wonderful story that will teach kids how to understand their mistakes and how to process them. It was great for my 7 year old who sometimes can have accidents and make poor choices.
