    1. I bought this sweet contemporary romance as a 99c Kindle special, thinking that this sounded like a nice change of pace from the "he done her wrong and is now trying to win her back" type of plots that Jennifer Peel tends to gravitate to. Kenadie (she of the "sable-colored eyes") is the owner of a successful personal relationship company (matchmaking, though she hates the word), but she's refused to date any man since she was abandoned at the altar seven years ago, after her fiancé made a cruel [...]

    2. This one is my favorite of Jennifer Peel's to date! Kenadie has been burned and burned good. After she was jilted at the alter, relationships have a bad taste to them and she wants nothing to do with them. Seven years later, she and her best friend, Zander, are working at a company she created to help others find their one true love. She's only ever had success stories. But something like that can't last, can it?Zander is the kind of best friend that ever girl needs and wants. He's a little inap [...]

    3. Ow. This book is painfully one-note. A bad experience seven years ago has Kenadie so wound up she can't even look at guys, let alone date them. Which is odd seeing as she runs a matching/relationship service. I'm sorry, but seven years is just too long for this to be such a huge part of her life, particularly when her entire profession is built around relationships and compatibility. I found I couldn't take her seriously and each repetition of her stupid litany about pain made me like her less. [...]

    4. Another great book from Jennifer Peel. Lots of fun. I loved both Jason and Zander. Kenadie was so stubborn she started to drive me crazy but it made for a great story. Looking forward to the next book in this series.Content: Clean (mild language and innuendo)

    5. Could not put it down! Another 2:00 am finish for me. The romantic dynamics reminded me a bit of Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson, except in a contemporary setting and with different conflicts. Fabulous chemistry and romantic tension complete with fun banter, friendship, and yearning for more. Highly recommend!!!

    6. This has been nominated for a 2016 Swoony Award. Share the love and vote for it here. Totally cute!I thought this was a fun read, fun plot and likable characters. Kenadie was jilted on her wedding day, at the alter. Pretty much the worst way possible and she's still not quite over it. Even though she ended up dodging a bullet, the controlling and abusive fiancé did his damage and Kenadie thinks its better to just stay away from men. With the exception of her best friend Zander. The two have bee [...]

    7. Super cute!!!! This is my third or fourth Jennifer Peel book and I am hooked! I really enjoy her writing, her stories and the fun, witty, sweet romance. There are plenty of ups and downs between the characters that give enough angst and yet enough pull to keep the reader(me) wanting to turn the pages. This one took me longer to read because of my busy schedule right now but let me tell you I loved my reading time when kids went to bed. I curled up and read and read and would instantly fall aslee [...]

    8. Kenadie has suffered the worst of humiliations being left at the alter. If that wasn't bad enough her controlling ex-fiance called her names and said some awful things to her in front of everyone! Crushed and heartbroken, she locks her heart up tight and refuses to let anyone enter in ever again. She has her mom, her brothers, her niece and her best friend, Zander. She doesn't need anyone else. She throws herself into her business, Binary Search. She is determined to do whatever she can to make [...]

    9. I really enjoyed this one! But that's no shocker since it's coming from Ms. Peel!! As it is with most of Ms. Peel's books, the style of writing felt like Kenadie just telling me the story over coffeee book reads so conversationally. Kenadie was a fun, spunky character. I enjoyed her sarcasm and style (it might sound like a silly thing, but I love when I can easily picture the character, even down to their outfit is described). And while I probably would have given into Jason sooner than she did, [...]

    10. I loved the story of Kenadie and Jason but I did want to smack Kenadie upside the head a few times. Was she really that unaware? Kenadie was totally humiliated seven years earlier in front of everyone she knew at what was supposed to be her wedding, so she has completely immersed herself in her company (finding love matches for others) and doesn't date. Jason, a former college roommate of Kenadie's annoying best friend Alexander (aka Zander), moves to town and is completely smitten with Kenadie. [...]

    11. Happy, happy me! Jennifer Peel is one of my fave's and reading her books just makes me happy! My thanks first to Jennifer, for allowing me to read and review for her. It's always my great pleasure for the happy factor as stated above. :)I really felt that while reading this book I was getting to know real people. There was a good flow to the story and things were always moving forward. Kenadie is a bit thick headed and I often wanted to shake some sense into her, but she was endearing too and I [...]

    12. His Personal Relationship Manager is a great read. I truly loved this book.Kenadie Marshall is a girl who has been beat up by love. She can't trust herself to give her heart away. Ironically she runs a matchmaking business. Her best friend and business partner Zander has been trying his best to help her find love again. Enter Jason the man who everyone in her life feels is her perfect match. Can she get past all of her insecurities and love someone? Kenadie must find herself again before she has [...]

    14. 7 years ago Kenadie was publicly humiliated by the man she thought she loved and wanted to marry in front of all her friends and family. She has built up so many walls and barriers that even her best friend Zander can’t penetrate them. 15. A slight twist on the standard matchmaker tale, “His Personal Relationship Manager” is a clean, slow-building romance.Read full review in the 2016 May issue of InD'tale Magazine.

    16. What a fun story. Jennifer has a gift for humor. Her POV voice is spot on with a relatable character who you can't help but empathize with despite her hangups. Great southern charm and humor. This is the perfect read for fans of chick lit and rom-com. Enjoy some laughs.

    17. I struggled to like any of the characters in this book but had to see how this turned out. I was particularly irritated/turned off by Kenadie. I also didn't buy completely into the plot.

    18. The love interest deceive Kenadie for most of the book. It really grated on my nerves. The way he & Zander treated her felt like gaslighting. Very manipulative, all the while Jason is depicted as a perfectly good manner good-principled dreamy man. Or at least dreamy to Kenadie. The insistence of the woman paying for herself trope was ridiculous. Do you want to sound feminist without having to go to the trouble of actually being feminist? Because it's not working. The amatonormativity is stro [...]

    19. loved this book! I'm not sure which character I loved more but I truly enjoyed getting to know all of them. The book captured my attention partially because I met my husband online. only difference was we were long distance :)I'm not a huge fan of deception, even in books, but it worked well enough in this one and in the end the truth came out. I am looking forward to book two!

    20. It was okaybut I found myself trying not skim. The problem I had with the book was the heroine. She talked way too much to the reader, and not enough to everyone else. Plus she did everything she could to push the Hero away because of something that happened SEVEN YEARS ago. I can understand not wanting to get hurt, but after a few years it's time to try again. As for the Hero, he was really sweet, and I liked his character, but I felt like there was not enough chemistry between the hero and the [...]

    21. This was more of a 3.5 for me.I loved the business aspect. It was a cute premise, and the people in the business were fun characters. Zander and Kenadie's relationship, the way that Jason slowly works his way into Kenadie's heart, even while she is fighting to keep up her defenses was a fun read. I guess I was just hoping for more from them for the why for both Jason and Kenadie. I know why she was holding back, and a little of why she fell, but I wanted more somehow. Perhaps it was Kenadie's "t [...]

    22. 4+StarsThis was such a fun read! I had a grin on my face almost the whole way through, and it elicited several chuckles from me as well. I have to say, one thing that bothered me was the fact that it had been seven years and Kenadie was still hung up on what had happened with her ex-fiance. It wasn't even that she just thought about it, but that it had total control over her life. In so many ways she stopped living! It was fun to see her work through things and to see Jason and Zander trying to [...]

    23. Swoon "sigh"Another winner for Jennifer PeelI completely devoured "His Personal Relationship Manager" from start to finish. Swoon, "sigh". Although I did want to knock the two main characters upside the head throughout most of the book. ;)lol, I still LOVED IT!!! Especially Kennidie! I loved her but she was so infuriating! Though I understand her putting up walls after her last disaster relationship,. her "clulessness" where Jason was concerned was driving me batty! Seriously though, loved the b [...]

    24. A fun and sweet read This book was so good I couldn't put it down! I loved the witty dialogue and interactions between the characters. I also liked the way the author told the story in the first person perspective. I liked trying to figure out the story from the main character's viewpoint. I will definitely be reading more by this author!!

    25. Fun romanceIt would have been five stars if not for the consistent use of the h word. I loved the characters and the plot! Kenadie made me frustrated for her lack of moving on. I loved Jason's personality! I don't know that I'll be continuing to read this series of books though.

    26. I did I liked it. It honestly drove me nuts. I wanted to smack Kenadie through half the book. It was sweet and had it's moments. I personally felt a little disconnected with the characters. I really liked Jason and wished she could see past the nose one her face. Yes she had a history who doesn't but being that stupid I personally didn't get it. Although I'm probably that same way too.

    27. Just OkayWhile this is a cute and clean novel, I felt like it rambled on and on before ever getting to the heart of the story.

    28. *Big sigh*I had hopes for this story. I thought it could be something fun to read; the kind of story where a lot of funny misunderstandings that lead the clueless -or reluctant- characters to the inevitable happy ending. But what I actually got was a girl with an overbearing mother always saying 'You have to get married and give me grandchildren'. Ok, maybe not in that way, but it was basically that. I do not like that kind of characters. Why? Well, because I simply hate that way of thinking: yo [...]

    29. This one was humorous and cute. I loved the slow way the relationship developed between Kenadie and Jason. I loved that it was a clean read. It kept me guessing as to whether or not it was going to be just another love triangle with the best friend and unrequited love. It was pretty predictable, but the journey was so fun and down to earth. The way the characters talked and interacted helped me feel like I was there experiencing life with them. They became my friends. There were some movie refer [...]
