    1. Adorable children's book with fantastic illustrations and a meaningful storyline to contextualise worries and anxiety in a child's setting. Very important in a child's emotional development, I feel. I thoroughly enjoyed the read as it was really cute and sweet.

    2. Miss 3 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.A useful book for talking about emotions with a preschooler. It can be difficult to find ones that talk about anxiety / worry.
