    1. When French bishop is sent to Greenland he has no idea what he is getting into. The only Christian there is the wife of Eirik the red and his job is the conversion of the islanders who haven't any interest in the Christian faith.He finds a group of bloodthirsty men who force him to come along on their hunts, both of animals and men!I enjoyed this book which shows someone battling against the pagan beliefs as well as dreadful weather conditions.     2. This was an absolutely amazingly well written book. The authors words immediately transport you to Greenland where you become one with the characters. A must read.
