    1. I just took this as a cosy mystery, which was quite enjoyable. Those who play bridge may well get a lot more out of the hands dealt and played - and indeed the observed settings and characters. The British setting is pleasant but quite upper-crust, despite the fact that Cassandra plays bridge for money. Anyone enjoying this book may well enjoy Death At Windsor Castle by CC Benison, in which a young Canadian student is working for HM Queen.
