Johnathan Alexander is trying to combine a couple different personality traits, and saying they are the same thing. The author is not a psychologist nor a psychotherapist, and I suspect has no PhD or Master’s degrees after his name, but this interesting workbook is meticulously researched and crafted to appeal to the more pedantic side of the reader.
