    21. I received this book as a gift and read it immediately as I love stories by Collette Cameron. A story about Alasdair McTavish and Lydia being the last child of Laird Farnsworth. She knows her father is about to die and she believes she will become the next Laird. The trouble is her mother's nephew feels he should get the honor since he is a man. So her father sends the both of them to Craiglocky to ask Ewan for help in training their men and Ewan chooses his cousin Alasdair.

This book has a sweet and quirky heroine and a steamy hero tangled together in a complicated romance readers will root for. Passion and Plunder is the 5th book in the Highland Heather Romancing a Scot Series. You can read this as a standalone but I highly recommend you read all 4 books before it. I was gifted a copy of the book and that all opinions are my own.

    23. Amazing! What a great read, one of my favorites. I love that Collette has the heroin as the leader of the clan. I couldn't put the book down till I finished reading it. I am now counting the days till her next book release. I received a copy of this book as a gift, but I purchased it as well because I loved it so much.

    24. Sweet storyThis is actually the first book I read in the series. I had no problems reading it as a standalone though I plan to go back and read the whole series. I can't wait to find what lead up to the two people pulled in too many directions who still find love.
