    1. Not for under 18!4.5 StarsChapter 1 - DrewDrew needs to find a roommate, so she applies for add placed by Jake, the add is very straight forward: WANTED: Roommate. “Must pay your fucking bills on time.I don’t need a roommate. I just want one” The listed note was a bit longer than above but that the line above tells you a bit of the cocky type of person Jake are! What Jake did not want was a female roommate and lets Drew come for an interview to share the apartment as he was under the impre [...]

    2. Cocky RoomieCocker Brothers of GeorgiaBook 1By Faleena HopkinsI read pretty much all of Ms. Hopkins paranormal werewolf books I've only read one outside of her paranormal series and I truly enjoyed it so I was surprised and thrilled to try something different of hers when I was offered this book for freeDrew a recently separated from her high school sweetheart husband. Who has lived a sheltered life moves to the big city for fresh start. She only knows one person, has no experience & needs a [...]

    4. I liked the heroine at the beginning, but then the hormones happened…The hero on the other hand was absurd from the beginning till the end – I like it constant! There are self-confident people, there are arrogant people, and there are delusional people. He was the latter…*My family is rich, I’m handsome, I have big c*ck that every woman wants to s*ck” Blah – blah – blahLast 20% I couldn’t blame it on alcohol, coz I read this book sober. But the things that happened… Me didn [...]

    5. I do not have the energy to write another 3 star review for a Fluffy Bunny book Ladies, this is for you. Safe with exceptions: when h meets H she is married, going through to divorce to a man that got his mistress pregnant.

    6. 4.5 starsWow, so.d on the blurb and cover, I expected to like this, and I did. This pulled me in from page one, gave a bunch of feels and wouldn't let go. I loved the chemistry between Drew and Jake. Their chemistry was off the charts, explosive even.I loved how he was such a jerk to her when they first met, trying to make her uncomfortable so that she wouldn't want to be his roommate. I loved how Jake came to admire her and the way she was was looking for a job, studying resumes and trying to l [...]

    8. Confession time: I love erotica. It's sexy, romantic, trashy, dramatic and always over the top. A lifetime ago as a young bookish girl beginning to be interested in sex and relationships, erotica appealed to me far more than porn ever did. But I've always had my standards because this is, after all, a book and I am, after all, a book nerd. Even at its trashiest, I still want erotica to be well written and well edited. This book (currently free on BookBub/, btw) didn't meet my standards. The firs [...]

    9. Loved it!!!!I really enjoyed reading this book. Usually I'm not a fan of older women/younger men, but this one was pretty good. I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

    10. As an avid reader, one of my most favorite things ever is to be completely surprised when I've finished a book. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a total cover whore and I saw this book on amazon and initially was drawn by the cover. After reading the blurb, I thought it sounded really interesting so I one clicked. I wasn't sure what I expected, but to be honest, I don't think I expected this book to be soooo DAMN GOOD! I started this book this afternoon and read it in one sitting. Well, one and a half. I [...]

    12. 4 predictable, funny, cheesy, and cocky starsAs predictable, instal-love, cheesy, sometimes ridiculous as Cocky Roomie was, I still really liked this book! Drews, who is 33, recently separated from her husband, has no job, and seemingly little life skills is trying to start her life all over or really for the first time. The first step is finding somewhere to live. A very honest even humorous ad for a roommate catches her attention. When Drew goes look at what will hopefully be her new home she [...]

    13. I thought I would like the h, but she turned out to be alot weaker than I thought. The H didn't get my vote at all. He was hilariously full of himself and came across as a teenager obsessed with his anatomy. I hoped he would become more likeable as the story progressed, but the story didn 't get much better and the H got worse. I guess the name of the book (s) should have been a dead giveaway.

    14. I really enjoyed this book. The heroine Drew was amazing and I really like her strength. She's older than the hero, but she's been sheltered. She's only been with one guy Edward her soon to be ex husband. Edward is lying dick , but made Drew set higher standards for herself. I think that's why I liked this book so much. She doesn't back down from her words even though her new roomie is good looking. She applies herself to getting a new job and really keeps to herself because Jake is so good look [...]

    15. I would like to point out that this was not a terrible book. 2 stars, yes, that's still all I gave it, but it is not for the authors lack of trying. The storyline was great. I always love a good roommate romance, and the added bonus that the woman was married ( separated) and older( by 8 years) than the male main character was indeed a nice twist.Unfortunately, it felt a little flat to me. The story seemed very rushed, and I would have liked to see a little more connection to the characters. I t [...]

    16. This was a very quick and easy read, full of fun stuff. I am actually looking forward to the rest of the series but when I am in need of an easy quick read. The main characters are Jake and Drew, Jake is in desperate need of a roommate but not really willing to put up with one, he puts an ad in the local paper. Drew has just left her husband after he stopped her from getting a job and cheated on her, she needs a roommate so that she can live an independent life. The two have quick chemistry and [...]

    17. Hotness Rating 3 out of 5I don't even know where to start with this review. I absolutely loved this first book of the Cocker Brothers of Atlanta series. Was it perfect? No. There were tons of cheesy lines that made me cringe, but Jake was so freaking entertaining and lovable I couldn't read this book fast enough. However, if I never hear a woman's vagina referred to as a cave again it'll be too soon. Don't let that scare you away. I swear to you Jake and his brothers make up for it.Jake Cocker i [...]

    18. COCKY ROOMIE - A BIT OF DRAMA & SIZZLING ROMANCEThe story focuses on; JAKE, who is heart-stirring gorgeous, muscular, and has an egotistical persona; DREW, who is sexy, intelligent, sassy, and beautiful. What you'll find in this story; a cast of remarkably impressive and engaging characters, intriguing storyline, picturesque and dynamic scene descriptions, witty dialogue, camaraderie, family love and drama, a friend’s betrayal, secrets revealed, gut-wrenching moments, action, gripping suspe [...]

    19. I came across a link from one of my reading sites telling me that this story was free on as a birthday promo by the author. Initially, I was going to ignore it, but for some reason, I kept going back to it. Now, I’m glad that I did! This was one of those stories that that just makes you feel good. You have a very close-knit, old money family, Southern family that cares more about family than money. While they definitely have their characters, each of them, even the family badboy, Jett, is lov [...]

    20. This was an okay read, good enough for me to finish but not great. The story felt rushed with not much of a plot and the characters didn't have a lot of dimension. I didn't care for Drew at all - she came across as a doormat, especially when it came to her friend. I never did figure out why Jake was so interested in her, maybe just because she was female? The editing needed a lot more work with this book as well. The storyline could have had a lot more potential if it had been explored more or e [...]

    21. ** I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review **Drew needs a new roomie, and Jake has a room! He tries to intimidate her, but she is sold on his place! They settle in, and of course there is an attraction. As they get to know each other, they find they have a lot in commonShe discovers how family oriented this guy is and even thought they almost miss this connectioney end up with an amazing HEA!!!! I cant wait to hear more from this series.I think it going to be a good [...]

    22. Hot Dayum!Drew Charles is a true Georgia peach. After learning her life was nothing but a farce Drew packs up determined to start over.art fresh. What she doesn't expect is to find him on the way.Jake Cocker is as alpha sexy as his moniker suggests. Happy with his life in and out of the bedroom, Jake can't understand why he's making some of the decisions he is.Drawn to one another but determined to stay on their separate paths what happens when these two give in is off the charts Hottt!

    23. I gave up after listening to 30 minutes of the audiobook. The H (I don't even care what his name is) is so cocky and arrogant within seconds of meeting this woman. The dialogue is cheesy and I cannot stand listening to the narrators any longer.

    24. Liked the older woman/younger man aspect (8 yr gap) and how the age difference was never really an factor for the H.Also the banter between Drew & Jake was amusing. Drew came across as sweet and innocent and a bit sheltered but she stillmanaged to dish it back to Jake. Wasn’t a fan of the dirty talk, and especially the use of one particular word as I find that word offensive(unless used by the Hound in GoT – then it is just fitting) and not sexy at all so it was a major turn-off for me. [...]

    25. The first night I picked it up is the same night that I finished it. Totally drool worthy male lead that hooked me from first introduction. This was a steamy story with feeling a little something for everyone.

    26. This was a fun read. Jake is not your typical 20 something. Drew is so naive to be in her 30s. The Cocker family is full of family loyalty and hotness! I want to read more about them.
