    2. Diana Palmer books never go out of style. I have lots of books to read and review, but I found myself stopping and taking a deep breath, then reread "Man of the Hour" that includes 'Night of Love' and 'Secret Agent Man', published in 2009, in Long Tall Texans Series. I have read many many Diana Palmer books and will continue to do so. These two books brought me back to why I read romance books. A great author never goes out of style, and new writers have people like Diana Palmer to thank for hel [...]

    3. I only read the second novella, 'Secret Agent Man'. Diana Palmer's books, while reliable for a solid love story, tend to be a bit redundant. The three I picked up recently (I guess I was in the mood for some love) all had the same elements: The hero and heroine already knew each other; There was some sort of misunderstanding that kept them apart (In Trilby he thought she was a loose woman (and latter that she loved someone else), In Secret Agent Man he'd left her after a misunderstanding, In Nig [...]

    4. Man of the Hour - enjoyed book had enough mystery and romance for meNIGHT OF LOVE: To save her struggling dance company, Meg must accept an unthinkable offer from the man she thought betrayed her long ago. But will it cost her more to trust Steven or to deny the irresistible passion reigniting between them?SECRET AGENT MAN: Corporate security chief Lang Patton could handle anything except commitment. But to protect his ex-fiancee, Kirry Campbell, from a vicious stalker, Lange would rediscover a [...]

    5. Two stories in one a couple of older Palmer books are in this collection. My only complaint is that King's Ransom, the book that comes between the two books included, is neither in the book or currently in print/reprint or ebook form. The two included are good.

    6. I gotta take a break from reading this frothy, canned-plot light stuff! Ugh.Too many at one time constipates my brain.

    7. Two of Diana Palmer's books from 1993 are included in this book. They are both fun to read and provide good escape.
