    1. Great information throughout the book. The layout was poor and disjointed tho. Not easy to use as a quick reference guide and minimal breakdown of nutritional properties of different fruit and veg.

    2. I'm making my way through every juicing books in my library system.--This one is funny. I enjoyed this just for its preamble, the non-recipe parts of juicing — motivation, science, navel-orange-gazing.Recipes- No pictures. - No sweeteners! No honey, no syrups, no nectars — huzpaz! yet there's an entire "party" section of recipes for raw juice mixers for cocktails. ?!?- Non-juice, light meal recipes are included.- Unlike most books the recipes do not detail specific nutrients and their tonic [...]

    3. Good description of the raw food lifestyle. Some helpful hints. Good recipes but didn't have the nutritional information listed, which with juicing is important. Tried the juice blitz and didn't last the full 36 hours as I got really tired, cranky, and possibly suffered from too low of blood sugar.

    4. A quick overview of the benefits of juicing. Provided the microbiology of what makes juicing so important instead of just the hype and enthusiasm that most books offer. Good recipes but agree with other reviewers that nutritional data would be useful.
