    1. A life changing book. I wish every woman was given a copy of this in their teens. I wish I could gift this to every lady I know.

    2. A cohesive collection of stories, exercises, and information with a mingling of ancient and modern wisdom for the understanding of the cyclical nature of womanhood and what it means for you physically, mentally, creatively, emotionally, sexually, energetically and spiritually.I loved this book! I was drawn towards learning more about the aspects of my menstrual cycle outside of just the biology of it, and this book was so wonderful in doing just that! I now have a much deeper connection and view [...]

    4. Amazing! stories and symbology and dreams came to me through connecting even deeper with my moon cycle and sexuality.

    5. An insightful introduction and resource on the female cycles with practical excersises and thoughtful insights.

    6. I found after a while that the spirituality (Western) didn't resonate with me at all, but the advice about cyclical energy and how to utilize it in daily life was well-explained and illuminating (though too prolix to make it fun to read at least for me.) I'm a staunch feminist, and all for women taking back their power over their bodies, and I did like that feminism came up towards the end. Women gained "equality" dictated in men's terms, and I wish this was explored more in how, through menstru [...]

    7. Generally, I liked the book. I'm at the point of life where I'm discovering myself, so this book was a great reminder that, amongst all of the roles I have, I am a woman too. It reminded me how great it is to be a woman and that every woman should appreciate her period and what it represents. The only thing I did not like was that there was too much mythology for my taste, and sometimes notions connected to mythology seemed to be dubious. But all in all, I really enjoyed reading this book and I [...]

    9. This book is to be read by everyone ( not just women). There's so much wisdom in these simple stories! Wisdom, that somehow has been lost for centuries and still isn't openly talked about nowadays. After finishing the book, I was like "wow, now it all makes sense!" We are taught to look after our possessions: cars, houses, clothes etc, but how about something that we possess since birth - our bodies? This book explains feminine cyclical nature and how to work with it. Gosh, that's what we all nee [...]

    10. A book that every woman should read who wants to be more in contact with her cyclic nature and experience womanhood to its fullest. I love the way Miranda uses the cyclic energies and archetypes to illustrate the different fases we women go through and the attention she pays to creativity. As always, my criticism lies on reference. Miranda knows a lot about female traditions and myths and symbolism as I can read in between the lines, but would be nice if there were a few of these sources noted i [...]

    11. I took more time than I expected with this book (I'm terrible at reading in Spanish, forgive me!) but I loved it. I recommend to this to *ALL* women of all ages, it is amazing. It will give you a whole new and fantastic vision regarding your own menstruation and also if you're a Witch/Pagan (like myself) this will be very useful in your practice since it also contains several exercises which can be done to connect more with your uterus and feminine being. I really enjoyed this book and recommend [...]

    15. Beautifully written book about becoming fully aware of your nature as a woman. This awareness and knowledge have been a constant thought all my life so far and it this book brings everything about being a woman into pure presence, that we,as women, have for as long as we live.It is also a knowledge to pass on to others with everything that we do and share-from touch and words to creating buildings and giving birth.

    16. This book was like a drink of cold well water after a hot, dusty hike in the desert. It was soul nourishing, and helped me to understand why the cyclical nature of biological women is important and sacred. I never thought of my menstrual cycle as a gift in the past, though I'd heard other women talk about it that way. Now I get it. This is a great resource, especially for people who like to learn through story.

    17. La traduzione italiana non è buona.Fascinating stuff about the power of the menstrual cycle, but unfortunately it ignores trans people and describes some things as inherently feminine, generalizing too much and exaggerating the differences between men and women. I think her research of the "optimum times" is worth reading for anyone with a menstrual cycle, but this book is not the best starting point.

    18. I enjoyed exploring the deeper connection of the intuitive natural flow and rhythm in a women's monthly cycle. Very interesting look back at connections with the different phases in all parts of nature, legend and beyond. This book helped me connect my internal and external enemies with the cycles of the moon.

    19. Truly HelpfulThis book has wonderful exercises to help a woman explore menstrual mysteries. Very helpful. Highly recommend this book for all women.

    20. Great for every woman to understand the essence of who they are. I loved it and keep going back to it regularly.
