    1. In which Ruth is a real bitch to someone (who turns out to deserve it, natch), Ruth nearly dies twice (mortar attack and pirate-ish action), Tom nearly dies twice (airplane and zeppelin), we learn the Atlantic Ocean is surprisingly small and Tom and Ruth are finally in love. And, heresy - it appears that only three more of these books are available on Kindle! I'll finish those, then decide whether to continue.

    2. More of the same, if you've read the Grace Harlowe Overseas series. Ridiculous plot twists and vigorously anti-German propaganda abound!
